Well, as you all know I had a birthday last week...yes I turned 28! I cant believe how time has flown...It really made me realize it when I got an email saying my 10yr high school reunion is next month...uggh. If that doesn't make you feel old...... Anyway Tami and my mom took me out for lunch @ TGI Fridays on my birthday..YUM! It was fun to hang out for a bit with the girls, and of course eat yummy food. That night Me, Tami, JR, our friend Desi and JRs cousin Mu all went to the Comedy Club in Meridian...the comic was really funny and since we were sitting in the front he of course made fun of us lol. It was all in good fun though. We went to The Ram after that and had some food and drinks and definately good times. We then spent the rest of the night hanging out at our friends Kristi & Travis's house..they are good friends of ours and we really had some fun! Tami and our friend Bubba sang American Idol Karaoke all night and it was so much fun!!! Anyway here are some pictures from that night...What a great birthday!! We also celebrated my moms 51st birthday on Sunday, the 8th. I love my mommy so much~! JR, Tami and I went over there and we BBQ'd steak and shrimp and had potatoes and so much yummy food..We also brought over our Xbox 360 and everyone joined in on American Idol karaoke and Guitar Hero III. Last weekend was such a blast..I am so thankful to have such wonderful friends and family in my life.

So JR and I have been working really hard on trying to get our yard 'up to par'.. well ok JR has done most of the work. We took out some hideous looking plants in the front yard and added lots of flowers and also dug out some of the grass to line the sidewalk with flowers. The yard doesnt have anymore yellow spots (yay!) and is lush and green. We are loving it! Now its time to work on the back yard lol. Ugggh. But here are some pics of the front.. The fruits of our labor LOL.
