It's Monday!

How can I dread Monday's anymore? It's weigh in day! (officially). I'm happy to report I am down one more lb! It seems the weight loss is slowing, but that just means I must work harder. My hubby told me this would happen, as he read a chapter in his psychology book regarding weight loss. But I am still okay with it, as long as I am not seeing it go up! I am thinking of upping my workouts to twice a day. My in-laws have a treadmill @ home and I could easily fit in at least a half hour before work or after dinner. Today I'm going to make a list of what I need to make some of those awesome recipes I told you all about. I'm pretty excited. But for now- its off to get ready for work! Happy Monday!
